As a employee-side recruiting company., we work with job candidates through the entire job search process -- from start to finish. In exchange, we charge a placement fee of 7.5% of your first month's salary, but only if we place you in a job. If we don't place you, we don't get paid.

Get Placed
You can expect to be placed within 2 to 4 months at a new role. Typically, our candidates go through 30+ interviews and we're with you every step of the way to ensure that you get the job you love.
