It's pretty simple. We have a team of qualified and passionate job scouters that apply to jobs on your behalf. They get to know you, read through your resume, and then based on the level of service you want will apply to jobs as meticulously or fast as you'd like
You can start out slow with a few jobs being applied to on your behalf and see if you like the service. The service is as much or as little as you'd like.
The service depends on the level of care you want with each application. If you'd like someone to just apply to every Product Manager Position out there, you can get upwards of 30 resume's an hour at a rate of $1 per job application. If you'd like thoughtful and meticulous applications submitted on your behalf it could be more like 5 to 10 job applications per hour at a rate of $3 to $5 per application.
